We helped refine Wio’s web experience through compelling, benefit-led content. Our focus was to bring clarity and personality to all product offerings, ensuring that users instantly understand the value of each feature.
We also worked closely with product and design teams on the launch of Wio Family, a first-of-its-kind family banking solution in the UAE. We were involved in both the strategic development and execution of in-app content. Our work included:
Helping define product features and naming conventions to improve clarity and alignment with Wio’s brand voice
Supporting improvements to product flows to enhance user experience and reduce friction
Crafting UX-focused copy across screens and interactions to guide users clearly through new functionality

In just a few months, Wio’s Instagram community grew from 16K to over 21K followers, driven by a consistent stream of creative, on-brand social media campaigns. Strategic messaging, high-impact visuals, and engaging content formats helped amplify reach and boost interaction across key channels.

Since our collaboration began, Wio has expanded its product ecosystem—launching new features, refining existing ones, and introducing entirely new banking areas such as Wio Family and Wio Wealth.
