As an event business, they decided to jump into the online world during the pandemic and needed guidance to refine their brand and overall digital strategy. We carried out a hands-on discovery workshop and in-depth UX research, including competitor analysis, user surveys, and various techniques to understand their potential users and market opportunities. We then built a comprehensive content strategy to define their tone of voice, claim and overall brand identity. Finally, we took care of the design, UX writing and development of their corporate website.
The result of this project was a boost in sales and conversions of their corporate events online, and an overall solid content strategy and brand messages for both their B2B and B2C communication that encapsulates their brand values and objectives for a successful digital transformation.
